Supervise civil construction activities and coordinate daily site execution.
Prepare and coordinate Job Performer requirements under the Permit to Work system.
Conduct pre-job briefings/toolbox talks before work starts.
Supervise excavation, foundations, concrete works, reinforcement, formwork, masonry, trenching, and associated civil works.
Allocate manpower, equipment, and materials according to daily priorities.
Read construction drawings and ensure work complies with approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with HSE, QC, engineers, subcontractors, and other disciplines.
Monitor productivity and report daily progress.
Ensure work areas are maintained safely and permits are properly followed.
Diploma/ITI/Bachelor's qualification in Civil Engineering or relevant discipline preferred.
5+ years of civil construction experience preferred.
Supervisory experience on oil & gas/EPC/industrial projects.
ADNOC-approved Job Performer certification is highly desirable where required by the project.
Knowledge of PTW requirements.
Ability to supervise workers and subcontractors.
Good English communication.
