Implement and monitor project HSE policies, procedures, and requirements at the construction site.
Conduct daily site inspections and identify unsafe acts and conditions.
Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and HSE awareness sessions.
Monitor PTW activities including hot work, confined space, excavation, lifting, work at height, and other high-risk activities.
Ensure proper use of PPE and compliance with approved method statements and risk assessments.
Participate in incident/near-miss investigations and prepare reports.
Maintain HSE records, inspection reports, checklists, and statistics.
Coordinate with construction supervisors and management to close HSE observations.
Support emergency drills and emergency-response activities.
Ensure compliance with project/client HSE requirements.
Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Safety, or relevant discipline preferred.
NEBOSH IGC or equivalent recognized HSE qualification strongly preferred.
IOSH/OSHA certifications are an advantage.
Typically 3–5+ years of construction/oil & gas HSE experience.
ADNOC/EPC project experience preferred.
Good knowledge of UAE and project HSE requirements.
Good English communication and report-writing ability.
Computer literacy, particularly MS Office.
